Dự án: Đường cao tốc Đà Nẵng – Quảng Ngãi
Mức lương: 25 triệu VND/ tháng
Thời gian làm việc: 40 tháng

Số lượng nhân sự: 2 người

(Người lao động có nghĩa vụ đóng thuế thu nhập cá nhân và phần bảo hiểm bắt buộc theo quy định của nhà nước – khoảng 10,5% lương cơ bản)
Địa điểm làm việc: văn phòng chính tại Tam Kỳ

Resettlement Specialist
Provision of support to the international Resettlement Specialist in the supervision of RAP activities, particularly with regard local practices and regulations, stakeholder contacts, public relations etc, including:
·         Collation of all RAP relevant information 
·         Support with preparation of guidelines for Contractors 
·         Support for implementation of RAP training for all involved in construction activities.
·         Review of RAP, project designs and technical specifications
·         Propose any required updates to RAP 
·         Support with establishment of comprehensive checklist to monitor control measures/ implementation scheduling
·         Maintain log-book of each circumstance affecting resettlement 
·         Review and inspect all aspects of the implementation of the RAP
·         Carry out random monitoring checks and review records prepared by the Contractor’s CEO
·         Closely audit construction activities by means of regular site inspections on a daily site basis to identify areas of potential environmental problems and concerns. 
·         Support the review of the  status of implementation of resettlement activities against RAP and contract documents
·         Assist with providing regular feedback audit results to ECO according to procedures of non-compliance 
·         Instruct the Contractor(s) to take remedial actions within a specified timeframe and carry out additional monitoring
·         Instruct the Contractor(s) to take actions to reduce impacts and follow the required RAP procedures in case of non-compliance / discrepancies identified
·         Instruct the Contractor(s) to stop activities which generate adverse impacts, and/or when the Contractor(s) fails to implement the RAP requirements / remedial actions instructed by the IEMC
·         Provide support for final review and recommendations on any further actions
·         Follow-up and confirm that stakeholder complaints are properly addressed by Contractors in the same manner as incidents identified during site inspections.
·         Support during agreement with Contractors on a Site Decommissioning and Restoration plan to be implemented before the completion of the construction of project.

Environmental Specialist
Working in conjunction with the international Environmental Specialist to ensure adequate supervision of EMP implementation including:
·         Collation of  all EIA, EMP, project designs /technical specifications and mitigation measures and other relevant information 
·         Preparation of guidelines for Contractors on EMP implementation
·         Development/ implementation of EMP training program for all involved in construction activities.
·         Review of EIA, EMP, project designs and technical specifications 
·         Propose any required updates to EMP and the design and technical specifications 
·         Establish comprehensive checklist to monitor the Contractors’ performance on mitigation/control measures/ implementation scheduling
·         Maintain log-book of environmental impact assessment and remediation of non-compliance. 
·         Design and execute training program for all EMP participants / involved parties
·         Review/ inspect all aspects of implementation of EMP
·         Carry out random monitoring checks and review records prepared by the Contractor’s CEO
·         Audit construction activities to identify areas of potential environmental problems/ concerns. 
·         Review status of implementation of environmental protection measures against EMP and contract documents
·         Review effectiveness of environmental mitigation measures and project environmental performance
·         Review environmental acceptability of construction methodology and relevant design plans/submissions
·         Verify investigation results of any non-compliance of environmental quality performance and effectiveness of corrective measures
·         Feedback audit results to ECO according to the procedures of non-compliance in the EMP
·         Provide training programs on how to improve environmental compliance
·         Instruct the Contractor(s) to take remedial actions and carry out additional monitoring
·         Instruct the Contractor(s) to take actions to reduce impacts 
·         Instruct the Contractor(s) to stop activities which generate adverse impacts
·         Provide final review and recommend clearance of all site plans which may affect the environment
·         Review and approve EMP Implementation Plan and Landscape Implementation Plan 
·         Confirm that stakeholder complaints are properly addressed by Contractors 
·         Agree Site Decommissioning and Restoration plan
